From floor plan development and drawings to construction management and quality control, our turnkey approach brings out clients’ concepts to completion.
Full Design Service
The designers at BraePark will work with you to plan out your space from accessories to custom cabinetry to furniture and everything in between. We coordinate and oversee every installation, so your new space is waiting for you at your reveal. BreaPark Design is your advocate with every vendor, contractor, and tradesperson. Once you agree on the design direction, we take care of everything.
Remodel/New Construction
Whether building from the ground up or renovating an existing space, we will work with you to design your dream space. We will develop a detailed plan and then work with the contractor or builder to ensure each detail is executed. We oversee every aspect of your project including coordination with the contractor, management of timelines and budget and the full installation of furniture and accessories post-construction. BraePark will select all finishes, furniture, and equipment to ensure your home functions for you and reflects your style.

Pricing is based on the scale of the project, and services are charged at an hourly rate.
